My recipe:  

I was taught how to make my Tonic by Kay Beer and Mary McPherson in Bracebridge Ontario.  Mary was a life friend of Rene Caisse and Mary dedicated her life to working with Rene.  I have hand written a letter to my learning experience with Mary.  You can read my letter here.

The Ingredients:
Note:  All of the herbs I use are inspected by me and are Certified Organic, not older than 6 months of age from the time of harvest.
 I make my tea according to the direction and careful instruction I was given when I was schooled on how to make the tea.

Chopped Burdock Root
Sheep Sorrel Cut and Sifted.
Turkey Rhubarb Powder
Slippery Elm Bark Powder.
Echinacea Angustifolia
Black Walnut.
